We work out where AI pays in your business, then build it.

your data

We begin with no access at all, and you decide each step.

Here, plainly, is what we read, what we keep and what we never do.

Our six commitments

  1. We only read what you choose to show us, and we start with no access at all.
  2. We only use AI providers whose terms rule out training on your data.
  3. Nothing we build sends, replies or deletes without a person approving it.
  4. We keep what we need for the work, and delete it when the work ends or when you ask.
  5. Your information is never shared with another client.
  6. The form collects your name and work email, only so we can reply. Ask us to delete it by replying to any email from us.

How access works

It comes in small steps. You choose each one, and you can stop at any of them.

Our first conversation needs none

We'll ask how your week runs. We won't ask to see your systems or your mail.

A sample, if you'd find it useful

You might send us a week of invoices or a handful of renewal files. You decide what. We use it to show you what a result would look like.

Read-only access, once you've decided

We ask only for what the job needs. An invoice match needs your payables inbox and your books. An evidence log needs the places your records live.

You can switch it off

Withdraw access and the work halts on the spot. No call to us is needed.

Read-only, in plain terms

It may look. It may not send, reply, delete or move a single thing of yours. Where a draft would help, it leaves one for a person.

What we mean by "a person approves"

Nothing we build sends, pays or edits on its own authority. It gets the work ready and hands it to someone you name.

They read it and choose. Should they leave it, it simply waits.

When our work together ends

We keep only what the work needs. When it ends, we delete it. If you'd like it gone sooner, just ask.

Your questions

Please bring any data questions to the first conversation. We'd much rather you asked.

If this sounds like your week, write to us.

We'd suggest a first conversation with one of our co-founders. It's free, about an hour, and needs no access.

Ask for a first conversation

A person replies, usually within one working day.
