We work out where AI pays in your business, then build it.

how we work

Where it pays matters more than what we build.

Building is the smaller part of what we do. Knowing where it would pay is most of it.

You've probably been pitched more than once. Few owners have been shown, in their own week, where it would earn its keep. So that's where we begin.

We read the week as it really runs

We look at how work moves through your firm. Who asks for what, where it waits, and who chases it.

We follow a few chains from beginning to end. An order to a paid invoice. A renewal date to a renewed client. A rule to the proof that you kept it.

Each chain stalls somewhere. Usually, a person is reading, matching or chasing by hand. That's where we look first.

We look at your own desk as well. In a busy week, promises and open questions slip. That's often where the most value sits.

Across every department

  • Sales: renewals that arrive unprepared, and promises nobody tracks.
  • Finance: invoices paid before anyone checks the delivery.
  • Operations: audit files rebuilt by hand before every review.
  • HR: licenses that lapse quietly, and applicants who wait too long.
  • Customer service: simple questions waiting behind hard ones.
  • Marketing: the client letter that never quite goes out.

We see the same shapes in distribution, manufacturing and construction. Insurance, wealth management, home health and accounting have them too.

Work it suits

It's at its best with work that involves heavy reading and follows rules:

  • matching an invoice to its order and its delivery;
  • reading a pile of email or records and lifting out the few that need a person;
  • remembering a promise, a question or a renewal date;
  • drafting a first reply or chase for a person to approve;
  • noticing when a pattern changes, and saying "worth a look".

A capable assistant would manage every one, with enough time. Time is the scarce part, and that's where it pays.

Work it doesn't suit

  • Calls that rest on your judgment, which you'd keep for yourself.
  • Routines that already work well.
  • Gaps that a written policy or one more hire would close.
  • Jobs so small they'd never repay the build.
  • Records still too untidy to read with confidence.

We'll tell you when AI is the wrong answer. The answer may be a checklist, one named owner, or software you already own. Hearing that from us beats paying for a build you never needed.

It reads and warns, and people decide

What we build reads and flags. A person approves before any message leaves.

If a line looks wrong, it marks it "worth a look" and goes no further. Acting in your name is never its job.

About the first conversation

It's free and takes about an hour. You'll speak with one of our co-founders, who walks you through it in detail.

  • No access. We don't ask to see your systems or your mail.
  • No preparation. There's nothing to send beforehand.
  • Your whole list. One problem may have brought you here. Bring the others too.
  • Your week, as it is. Where work waits, who chases, what reaches you late.
  • Clear names. You leave knowing what's worth solving, and what isn't.

We won't close with a sales pitch. If your list holds nothing worth building, you'll hear that from us. If it does, you choose what follows.

Where you end up

You use AI where it counts and ignore the rest. Your people spend their week on the work that needs them.

If this sounds like your week, write to us.

We'd suggest a first conversation with one of our co-founders. It's free, about an hour, and needs no access.
